James "Mr. Speaker" Sears is a highly decorated retired combat veteran and former U.S. Army officer, known for blending leadership, faith, history, and lived experience into spoken-word and poetry. He's also an event host, mentor, former adjunct professor, and track coach, and is listed as a Department of the Army Civilian.
